It's not like I didn't want to speak but when I opened my mouth to join a conversation my mind would go blank. Being this way made me a ghost in the eyes of the people who knew me on a first-name basis. A ghost! 


"Your silence is killing you" stuck with me until this day because I knew I had to make a change fast. 


Not using my true voice..

Kept me from sharing my thoughts, ideas and opinions with the world.

Shifted my mindset into believing nobody really wanted to hear what I had to say.

It made me shy to the point of internalizing all my problems.

It stopped me from making real and lasting connections with others.

It kept me from getting paid what I was deserved.

If you don't give people an opportunity to know who you are doors won't open for you. 

In order to thrive in this world with the time you have left, you have to make the necessary changes to OVERCOME the FEAR holding you back and conjure up the desire from within to be heard and speak your truth as often as you can.


You must strip down the person you are now and get back to the true YOU!

Someone who by simply being oneself might be enough to encourage and inspire others to make positive changes in their own lives. 


That's the person I had to become!
